Selvicolle Country House, in the green heart of le Marche region, is open all year
and it consists of a complex of comfortable terraced houses on two floors,
derived from ancient farmhouses and available in different types and sizes
All apartments have a nice and complete furniture and are composed of an independent entrance, private garden, bathroom, kitchen, fireplace, TV and independent heating.
All guests have free use of our services, such as a big common area with free wifi, an amazing swimming pool, a ping pong and a pinball table and a volleyball/soccer field.
Near the country house, following a short path, it is possible to visit the remains of original area of XVII century with a small church and a centuries-old bell tower.
We also have a typical inn for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Animals are always welcome at Selvicolle Country House!

We’ve been here in Easter with the family. The place is cosy and tastefully furnished. Excellent cuisine. Safe place where children can play and in the summer season there’s a beautiful swimming pool. Our apartment had country-style furnishing and a private garden, perfect for sunbathing. We’ll definitely come back.
Fast and good restaurant service, nice and welcoming staff, clean flats with independent entrance and furnishing in accordance with the surrounding area. Excellent for short weekends with friends but also for longer stays, in order to visit the surrounding typical towns! Recommended!
We went to this Country House with a group of friends. The place is enchanting, tucked into the green hills. The building is beautiful, with very big and tastefully furnished rooms. The staff is kind and helpful and the cuisine is excellent. We stayed in a wonderful apartment (actually they are all small villas with private garden) equipped with all comforts. Excellent for friends, families and romantic couples.
